June Update
Construction Defect Litigation Update
On April 15, 2026, the Association’s legal counsel and experts participated in a joint expert meeting facilitated by a mediator. Representatives from the developer’s insurance carriers were also in attendance. The meeting was productive and helped establish a foundation for ongoing settlement discussions.
A follow-up mediation has been scheduled for July 1, 2026. Prior to mediation, counsel will meet with the Board of Directors to review a reconstruction budget, which will provide additional context regarding the anticipated costs to repair the development. The Board remains committed to keeping homeowners informed as the process progresses.
Next Board Meeting
The next Board meeting has not yet been scheduled. Once a date, time, and location have been confirmed, additional information will be provided to all residents. We encourage homeowners to stay tuned for future announcements and meeting notices.
Summer Season
June marks the beginning of summer and brings longer days and warmer weather. As more residents spend time outdoors, we encourage everyone to be mindful of the community’s rules regarding noise, parking, and common area use to help ensure a pleasant environment for all.
Local Events
Summer activities are beginning throughout the Bay Area, with outdoor concerts, farmers markets, community festivals, and waterfront events taking place throughout the month. June is a great time to explore local parks, trails, and neighborhood attractions while enjoying the seasonal weather.
